I’m Aida and I help women feel at home in their bodies again.
Pelvic health physiotherapy for women navigating pelvic pain, urine leakage, prolapse, postpartum recovery, menopause, and intimacy-related symptoms.
Helping you understand your symptoms, address the root causes, and move forward with more confidence and lasting relief
You don’t have to keep living like this
Maybe you always check where the nearest bathroom is before going out.
Maybe you avoid running, jumping, intimacy, or certain movements because of discomfort or leaks.
Many women are told these symptoms are “normal.”
That doesn’t mean you have to accept them.
Together, we’ll understand what your body is trying to tell you and find a supportive, practical path forward.
My approach
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across Europe, China, and India. Experiences that deeply shaped the way I understand women’s health and pelvic care.
Different cultures speak about women’s health differently.
But many women share the same experience: symptoms being minimized, normalized, or silently endured.
My work combines evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy with movement, nervous system awareness, and a more human understanding of care.
Why this work
matters to me
This work became deeply personal through years of listening to women’s stories across cultures, and through motherhood.
As the mother of two daughters, I often think about the messages women grow up hearing about their bodies. To ignore discomfort. To push through pain. To accept symptoms as “normal.”
I believe women deserve better information, better care, and a deeper understanding of their bodies.
If you’re experiencing urine leakage that prevents you from living a normal life, pelvic pain, or simply feel that something isn’t right, don’t settle.
